Genesis has spent seven years hiding from her Irish mob husband Kiefer and his twin Tadhg. When Tadhg spots her in California, she flees, but Kiefer captures her. During the confrontation, she reveals that Kiefer’s sister Aoife and her friend Laoise pushed her down stairs, causing a miscarriage—while she was pregnant with twins. One twin, Roan, died; the other, Egan, survived and was hidden from Kiefer. Kiefer, shocked, kills a guard who helped cover up the abuse. Genesis escapes but is tracked down with Egan. Kiefer, Tadhg, and his father Lorcan all pursue her, and over time, she forms a polyamorous relationship with the three men. They move to a new estate, and Genesis learns her biological father is Russian mob boss Nazar Sokolov. After Laoise’s rescue attempt and a final confrontation, Genesis kills her enemies and reconciles with her family, ending with new children and a restored bond.
